ICS Healy-Ruff™, a manufacturer and integrator of control systems for municipal water and wastewater use, has been acquired by
SJE-Rhombus® and joins PRIMEX®, the company’s business dedicated to engineered water control systems for municipalities. PRIMEX becomes the largest provider of complete control solutions for water applications in North America, offering abroad end-to-end suite of products and services, including standard pump controlpanels, full-featured, web-hosted iControl™ SCADA solutions and  highly complex systems integration projectsfor large municipalities.




Instrument Control Systems was founded in 1982 with a mission to provide municipalities and industries with professional services in process control, SCADA and telemetry systems, and process instrumentation.  Many of our engineers are registered professionals and our technicians ISA-certified.  We are also one of a select group of system integrators to be recognized as a Member of the Control System Integrator Association (CSIA).                                         





Healy-Ruff has been providing control solutions that help small- to mid-sized communitiies improve their water and wastewater services since the early 1900's.  Our application solutions run from basic pump and level control to telemetry and SCADA systems and have been marketed under the FloatPak, PumpPak and VPAC brands.
